Dominic was born and grew up in east London and always had a curious and creative mind with a keen interest in Science, Science Fiction and Art after reading Isaac Asimov at the age of 12. He now lives in the Charente region of south west France where he lives with his husband building a barns conversion and studio where they work and grow their own fruit and vegetables to live more sustainably.
After a successful career as a chef, in 1994 he changed direction to follow his passion as an artist, specifically a futurist artist as he was hugely inspired by frontier
sciences, science fiction and fascinated by what the future will look like.
He has worked in many creative areas specialising in futuristic art and design for over 30 years and was the primary interior designer and installation artist for Cyberdog.
Dominic‘s big passion is his sculpture work, creating robot and android art from recycled industrial and commercial components and also has a popular range of cybernetic body jewellery which he sells all over the world and is used in film, TV, music videos, fashion shows/campaigns and cosplay.
Environmental awareness is important, especially now in these crucial times, so Dominic’s work has been made since 2010 with tools charged via solar energy.
